Warner Bros. Introduces Superman NFT Movie to WB Movieverse
Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment and Eluvio are set to bring the Man of Steel to the blockchain as the latest addition to WB Movieverse.
WB Movieverse is an online marketplace created by Warner Bros. for trading movie NFTs, which is still in its early stage.
Superman’s arrival to WB Movieverse will offer fans new ways to connect with the iconic superhero.
In 2022, WB Movieverse launched a digital NFT for its 2001 movie, “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring”.
The limited edition Lord of the Rings NFTs offer fans access to exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and photos.
The NFTs consist of the Premier Mystery Edition ($30), featuring an extended edition of the movie in 4K UHD and location-specific AR collectibles, and the sold-out Premiere Epic Edition ($100), which includes key art for three movie locations.
Since launching in October 2022, WB Movieverse marketplace has reported a significant milestone in its growth, with total secondary sales volume reaching US$137,140.18.
This showcases the platform’s increasing popularity and the growing demand for movie NFTs among fans and collectors.
More updates on the Superman Web3 Movie Experience are coming soon on the official Warner Bros. Digital Collectibles channels.
