Moonbug Entertainment and VaynerWatt Team Up for Animated Show Based on VeeFriends Universe
Moonbug Entertainment, a subsidiary of Candle Media, and VaynerWatt, a production studio co-founded by Gary Vaynerchuk, Eric Wattenberg, and Matt Higgins, have announced a strategic partnership to develop a premium content franchise centered around the VeeFriends universe.
VeeFriends, a contemporary entertainment company known for its unique blend of collectibles, events, games, and technology, aims to foster stronger connections between individuals and its beloved characters.
The brand’s mission is to scale the qualities of its characters to inspire creativity, self-discovery, and personal growth, ultimately striving to create a happier world.

Gary Vaynerchuk, the visionary behind VeeFriends, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “I built VeeFriends to help change the world through dynamic characters that are both virtuous and entertaining.
I am thrilled to partner with Candle Media and Moonbug Entertainment to expand this franchise for new platforms and audiences.”
Titled “VeeFriends,” the 2D-animated show is geared towards children aged 6-11 and will transport viewers into the vibrant VeeFriends universe.
The series will feature a diverse cast of larger-than-life characters competing in the VeeDome, an over-the-top challenge arena tackling contemporary issues faced by tweens.
Each character emerges from the VeeDome with newfound strength and self-awareness.
Andy Krainak, President of VeeFriends, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “VeeFriends is excited to partner with Moonbug to create a show that not only entertains but also nurtures emotional intelligence.

Episodes of “VeeFriends” will debut as three-minute shorts on YouTube starting in late summer 2024, providing an opportunity for co-viewing as families explore and discuss the themes and storylines together.
