Malaysia Hosts APEX KL 2023, Celebrating Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT Collection
Heritouch Gallery, a private gallery in Malaysia, recently concluded APEX KL 2023 that was held from May 26 to May 28, 2023.
APEX KL is a three-day NFT exhibition, featuring various Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collectors from collectors across Asia, especially Malaysia.
The event was organised by MalaysiaApeClub, a community that unites local BAYC and MAYC collectors.
APEX KL 2023 brought together major NFT communities based in Malaysia, such as Azuki, Beanz, Pudgy Penguins, y00ts NFT, and the highlight of the event, Bored Ape Yacht Club.

The exhibition featured collections from well-known Malaysian Web3 collectors, including BAYC #5413 owned by Hazel, BAYC #7527 by aWSB APE Capital, BAYC #3638 by yhs91.
Other collections included r9Jason.eth’s BAYC #2330, and 0xMerch’s NFT-Brick BAYC, owned by kimchiyong.eth.
Additionally, APEX KL 2023 also featured in-person AMA sessions with local community leaders including Genekmkz (Azuki), FoxyPenguinApe (Pudgy Penguins), and Fomo Kingz (y00ts NFT).
Heritouch Gallery, co-founded by Richie, Hui Teng, and Miriam, is renowned for exhibiting international-grade artworks, antiques, and limited-edition collectibles.
The presence of BAYC collections at the gallery highlights the NFT project’s widespread recognition and further solidifies its global recognition.
On April 15, 2023, BAYC’s trading volume reached a significant milestone, surpassing 1 million ETH or $2.1 billion USD all-time, making it one of the most valuable NFT collections in the Web3 space.
