Disney & Cryptoys Team Up For Exclusive Star Wars Digital Collectibles Launch
The Star Wars franchise will soon mark its 46th anniversary of the premiere of “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope” on May 25, 1977. The very first film, which took four years to complete, has grown into a cultural phenomenon, continuing to captivate audiences across generations.
To celebrate its rich history, Disney is joining forces with Cryptoys to release limited-edition digital collectible toys featuring iconic Star Wars characters, Luke Sykwalker, Princess Leia, and Darth Vader on May 24. With only 15 editions available, these collectibles are bound to be highly sought after by both Jedi Masters and Padawans alike.
The collaboration aims to bring the excitement of surprise pack toys to the virtual world, offering fans a unique and immersive experience. As collectors unwrap their digital Holocrons, the characters come to life, wielding lightsabers and firing blasters.
Collectors can anticipate discovering one of 15 rarity skins spanning the history of Star Wars. These 3D animated digital toys will reveal character personalities, weapons, and legendary moves as they come to life.

This collaboration between Disney and Cryptoys is an opportunity for Star Wars enthusiasts to expand their fandom into the digital realm and become part of the growing Cryptoverse.
To start building a collection, fans can purchase digital Holocrons for $39.99 each. Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted as payment methods worldwide, with a 5% processing fee applied at checkout.
While the upcoming Disney and Cryptoys Star Wars digital collectibles release is highly anticipated, it is not the first project of its kind. In May 2022, VeVe launched its Star Wars Dark Side collection, highlighting the legendary Sith Lords across the Star Wars universe.
Since its inception, the beloved saga has garnered a worldwide box office revenue of over $10 billion as of 2020.
