GRAMMY Award-Winner Sammy Hagar's Tequila Brand Unveils Groundbreaking Web3 Loyalty Program
Santo Spirits, the premium tequila brand co-founded by GRAMMY award-winning musician Sammy Hagar and celebrity chef Guy Fieri, has announced a revolutionary Web3 loyalty program in partnership with Trident3.
Utilising the NEAR Protocol, the Santo Spirits Club aims to offer a seamless and secure digital experience, rewarding loyal customers with exclusive perks and special offers.
As a significant milestone for the global spirits brand, the loyalty program allows customers to enjoy a digitally-native experience across multiple tiers.
Rewards include virtual tastings with Hagar or Fieri, autographed collectibles, and unique surprises.
Founding members of the Santo Spirits Club will receive a “mystery” NFT upon signing up, with the first 1,000 registrants receiving a bonus NFT.
The utility of these NFTs will be unveiled with the launch of Santo Spirits’ new Añejo tequila.
A higher revolution worthy enough to put our names on it. @sammyhagar and @GuyFieri’s @santo_spirit are joining forces with #Trident3 to build an experience on @NEARProtocol so unique it’s almost spiritual.

With a focus on quality and authenticity, Hagar expressed excitement about reaching a new audience through this innovative partnership.
“Since way back in the early 80s when I first experienced pure 100% agave tequila I’ve been on a mission to make the best stuff in the world and to share it with fans who care about quality and authenticity,” he said.
The adoption of Web3 technology by alcoholic brands has consistently piqued interest.
In 2021, a cask of Macallan 1991 Scotch set a new record for whiskey cask sales at $2.33 million, surpassing the previous record-breaking sales of $572, 978.
The sale took place on Metacask, the world’s first NFT marketplace for whisky cask investments, with the specially-commissioned NFT created by artist Trevor Jones.
With the addition of the NFT, the buyer received an average per-bottle price of about $3,880.
